Delta Sigma Theta Scholarship: African American Seniors with 2.5 or higher GPA

Complete the form electronically, print it, and gain the necessary signatures. Include the required application documents and photograph listed below and mail or deliver the entire application packet to ensure its receipt by January 29, 2016.

Requirements Application package must be completed, typed, and received by January 29, 2016.

• Completed and signed typed application
• Essay: double-spaced
• ONE letter of recommendation, on official letterhead, from school personnel (e.g. school administrator, teacher, counselor, coach)
• ONE letter of recommendation from a community person (e.g. organization sponsor, employer, minister, neighbor– NOT school affiliated, NOT a relative)
• Official sealed high school transcript(s) including cumulative GPA
• S.A.T. or A.C.T. scores if required by post-secondary educational institution
• Recent photograph
• Interview (if all requirements above are met)
