The San Marino Area Chapter of the National Charity League, Inc. will soon be awarding scholarships to deserving young women from several local public high schools.  Only senior girls who plan on attending two or four-year colleges or universities may apply.  The top award is $10,000 (two or more lesser awards may also be given).  Scholarship selection is based upon the following criteria:

• Sustained and meaningful community service     Academic achievements – GPA 3.5 or higher
• Financial need
• Extracurricular activities

The top 3 applications will be senet to the committee.
