Tennis Practice: Monday, December 5
This Monday afternoon our Tennis Team will be holding its first practice at 2:00pm at Sierra Vista Park.

Parent Workshop with Young & Healthy: Tuesday, December 6
This Tuesday night at 6:00pm, SMMS will be presenting a virtual Parent Workshop with Young and Healthy that includes follow up office hours for parents.

Having a growth mindset builds resilience and wires our brains for success academically and emotionally. Learn strategies and techniques for building a growth mindset in yourself and your family.

PTSA Family Restaurant Day: Wednesday, December 7
This Wednesday from 10:00am-9:00pm, our SMMS PTSA is hosting a Family Restaurant Day at Panda Express. (3867 East Foothill Blvd, Pasadena) Thank you for your support of this fun event!

Spotlight Assemblies: Thursday, December 8
This Thursday morning we will be celebrating our students’ achievement with three grade level Spotlight Assemblies.

Hawks Den Demo Day & Pitch Competition: Thursday, December 8
This Thursday evening at 5:00pm in our multipurpose room, our Hawks Den Club will be hosting its Demo Day & Pitch Competition.  After 8 weeks of preparation, our teams will present their ideas to a panel of judges in a Shark Tank style competition.

School Spirit Day “Sports Day": December 9
This Friday is our next School Spirit Day, and the theme is Sports Day.  Students and staff are encouraged to dress in the gear of their favorite team or sport.
