The Residential Intensive Summer Education (RISE) program is a FREE five-day, four-night program on campus that will prepare you to not only transition into a university environment but specifically help prepare you for life as a college student. During the program, you will have the opportunity to meet Cal Poly Pomona faculty and staff and engage with current Cal Poly Pomona students. We hold workshops that cover financial aid, how to apply to college, how to select a major and school, along with other important skills to have in college such as time management and study habits.
The dates for the program are July 31, 2022 - August 4, 2022. We are currently admitting high school juniors that are transitioning to their senior year. If you are interested, please apply by clicking on the link below:
