                                                 Pasadena Unified Hosts Meeting on Future of Linda Vista Elementary

Pasadena, CA -- The Pasadena Unified Unified School District (PUSD) will host an informational community meeting on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. seeking input on program options for Linda Vista Elementary, the campus that closed in 2006. The meeting will be held in the auditorium of San Rafael Elementary School, located at 1090 Nithsdale Road, Pasadena, CA 91105.

In October 2016, the Board of Education authorized district staff to develop a proposal for the reopening of the Linda Vista site to allow future expansion of the Dual Language Immersion Program. San Rafael Elementary School, home to a popular Spanish dual language program, is currently at capacity.
