The Pasadena area has a host of enrichment and academic activities to keep kids active and learning during the long days of summer.
The summer programs of PasadenaLEARNs offer engaging enrichment, leadership, and learning opportunities for K-12 students in the Pasadena Unified School District. Activities include academic enrichment, leadership, visual and performing arts classes, hands-on science and tinkering labs, swimming and weekly field trips. Flyer
Pasadena’s signature summer program mixes academic subjects with creative
hands-on projects taught by some of the most amazing teachers in the area. Learn to cook, explore a new language,
program a robot, design with 3D printers, and much more! Classes include Intro to Kindergarten, math, science, art studio, SAT/ACT prep

The Seamless Summer Food Service Program (SSFSP) provides meals and snacks to children during the summer months when regular school is not in session. School-age youth 18 years and younger are eligible for free meals at any of our Fuel Up For Summer Fun meal sites. Meal sites are located in an area of at least 50% of the enrolled students who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals. Meals are served at no cost.
