Senior Defense Presentations

Time is winding down on the first semester and it is time to start signing up for Senior Defense presentation dates.  For all non-academy students, please use the following link to sign up for a presentation date and time (  Or you can find access to the link on the Library website and Power School Learning site.
The dates for the presentations are 12:00pm-3:00pm on the following days:
   - January 22nd and 24th
   - February 14th and 21st
   - March 19th
There are 5 presentation slots per 20 minute session. Once a session is booked up it will become unavailable. Exact location of your presentation will be giving closer to the date of your presentation. All artifacts must be turned into the PowerSchool Learning page prior to your presentation. Please watch your email for information. Once you sign up for a presentation slot, there is no altering it barring an emergency. Failure to present during your assigned slot will mean being marked down as a resubmit.
If you fail to sign up for a presentation slot by January 8th, a slot will be assigned to you.  Please take advantage of controlling when you do you presentation.  If you fail to sign up, you will more than likely be put in one of the early presentation dates.
Attention for the following students:
 - Academy Seniors - You academy teachers should be talking with you about setting up your presentation.  You do not need to sign up on this form.
 - Ms. Kang's students - You will be doing presentations in class, so unless you miss your presentation date over the next two weeks, you do not need to sign up for a presentation slot.
 - Students with Completed Defenses - If you completed your defense last year, I already have you marked off completed.  You do not need to sign up for a date or tell me you are done, it is already in the system.
I will be offering prep sessions in the Library starting in January, so be watching your email for those dates and times.
Remember this is a graduation requirement and must be completed before you can graduate. If you have any questions, please come and see me in the Library.
Mr. Pettit
