Girls Basketball Team Adopted

GBB The Rotary Club of Pasadena has adopted the Pasadena High School Girls Basketball Team with the LA Sparks Adopt-A-Team Program !!!

Through the Adopt-A-Team Varsity Opportunity

Pasadena High School Girls Basketball Team will receive:

  • Ten 2019 Sparks Season Tickets to share throughout the season.
  • One hour of STAPLES Center court time for team practice or scrimmage
  • Exclusive invitation to a LA Sparks practice
  • Fifteen group tickets to one LA Sparks game
  • Fifteen post-game autograph passes to meet two Sparks players

This is a great opportunity for our student athletes. We are very excited and very thankful for the support of the Rotary Club of Pasadena and the LA Sparks!

Since March 2019 there have been four rotary clubs in Greater Los Angeles adopt youth basketball teams in their respective communities. Pasadena High School will be the fifth.

In 2018, there were 20 teams adopted and impacted over 400 youth in Greater LA. The Rotary Club/LA Sparks Varsity Experience made the biggest impact last year. This experience not only allows all members of the team to come out to every Sparks game to watch the team play and meet their role models throughout the summer, but they also have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play on the Staples Center court!
