Students planning on taking AP exams - You will register and pay for your AP exams beginning Thursday, January 26th - Friday, February 10th. All students currently enrolled in an AP class should havve received your AP Registration Packet the week of January 9th from one of your AP teachers. Please ensure that you read all the materials you receive and make a note of all the deadlines.
If you plan on using a fee waiver please ensure you have your Free & Reduced Lunch Program approval letter. You will need to submit the letter with your AP registration form. This is not optional. You will not be able to use a few waiver without your approval letter. Under USDA and CA statute, students will need to provide a Free & Reduced Lunch Program approval letter confirming program eligibility for the current school year before we can distribute fee waivers for either the SAT/ACT or AP exams. If you did not receive a copy or misplaced it, parents may call the Food Nutrition Services office at 626-396-5852 and select the Free and Reduced Meal option. Food Services can print letters on demand for parents to mail or pick up at their offices on request if you lose or have discarded your letters. You must apply for meal benefits each school year. Apply online at www.ApplyForLunch.com or fill out a paper application in the Attendance Office & submit it to cafeteria manager Mr. Chaparian.
