Grade Level Parent House Meetings Happening

Grade Level Parent House Meetings

These are informal gatherings for current Blair parents to get to know each other, exchange tips and discuss school issues specific to that grade. Invites will be sent by email soon; when you RSVP yes to attend you will receive the address for the host family. The first meeting was held on Sep. 9 for 10th grade parents. The full list is included here.
Grade Level Parent House Meetings are a Blair PTSA tradition coming back strong this year. In contrast to school meetings that focus on particular tasks or topics, grade level parent house meetings emphasize getting to know each other and the needs of our kids in that one grade. Meetings include mingling over coffee and cookies, but also guided discussion. Gain perspective on what your child is experiencing at this age in this grade, and discover if there are shared concerns. A limited summary will be available on request to parents who cannot attend. A representative will follow up with administration if needed. No prospective parents or non-Blair-parent staff, sorry.
