For Former PUSD students
I already graduated.
Records Request
- It takes 5 - 10 business days to process requests.
- Requests will not be processed until a copy of your photo ID is emailed to Deanna Marron.
- Please note: If a student is 18 years or older, they must submit their own request. A parent of an adult student cannot request records without written authorization from the student.

Transcript & Record Fees (former students)

An official transcript for Individuals, Colleges, Universities and Trade Schools.
High School Graduation Verification
High School Graduation Verification - Requested by Employers or Third Party Companies Only
Include the following in your request:
- Full name used while in school
- Date of birth
- High School
- Year graduated
- Signed authorization by student
Please fax (626)795-9530 or email your request and signed authorization to Deanna Marron.
Verification will be faxed within 5-7 business days.
Transcripts will not be faxed.
There is no fee for this verification.
