2. Lottery Application / Intradistrict Permit Request

For PUSD residents to apply for a school other than the student's neighborhood school.

3. Interdistrict Permit Request to Enter

For Out-of-District Residents to apply for a school in PUSD.

2024-25 school year: pusd.schoolmint.com

2023-24 school year: Contact the Office of Enrollment and submit an Interdistrict Permit request

2024-25 school year: Begins March 25th, 2024

4. Interdistrict Permit Request to Exit

To request release from PUSD

5. Relinquish Permit Request

To relinquish lottery seat and request return to the student's neighborhood school for the following school year
