How To Use The Parent Portal

    Are You Using The Parent Portal?

    at computer The PUSD Parent Portal makes it possible for the REGISTERED parent/guardian to look up a student's grades, attendance and assignments. Parents, find out exactly how your child is doing in school! 

    Already have access but looking for assignment details? Look for Grades in the top navigation bar, then choose Gradebook in the pull-down list. Under Gradebook, find each class/subject. 

    If a teacher is not utilizing the Parent Portal to post about assignments, let him or her know how helpful this will be to you as parent or guardian.

    Because of the confidentiality of each student's information, to begin using the Parent Portal a registered parent or guardian must first contact Ms. Frances Sanchez, via email with the following information:

     

    1. Student's name and PUSD ID number
    2. Parent/guardian legal name
    3. Phone number where you get Blair messages.

    Ms. Sanchez will request a VPC (Verification Pass Code) for your student.  Once the code is ready, you then need to come in person to the Family Resource Center to verify your identity and receive the access code. Please bring a valid picture ID such as a driver's license.

    If you received a code for your student last year you do not need a new code, but continue to use your current one.

    To use the Parent Portal with your access code go to https://parents.pusd.us/

    Users will first see the field to enter their email address only. Once they enter their email address and click "Next" the password field will then appear along with a "Sign in" button to continue once they've entered their passwordPortal assignments

    The full name of the Parent Portal is Aeries Browser Interface, or ABI Parent Portal. Parents/guardians are able to view grades and attendance from the district's information system, Aeries. By setting up an account and/or logging onto the Parent Portal, you agree to abide by the Pasadena Unified School District rules and regulations. Use of this system and its services is strictly limited to authorized account holders ONLY. 

    All users are to be responsible for their student’s information codes and passwords. Users agree not to give anyone else their password, verification codes or any other personal information. PUSD will not be responsible for unauthorized access if the user has not been careful with their information.
