). This instructor implements a variety of programs at different grade levels to link visual arts with other curricular areas such as language arts and science. This year our 4th grade students will participate in Children Investigate the Environment (CIE) - an 8 week program based on the concept that “observation and experimentation are integral aspects of both science and art. Students explore a local natural resource using drawing, painting, sculpture, installation, and expressive writing” through a series of field trips to Eaton Canyon.
