• DROP OFF & PICK UP PROCEDURES

    Car Valet Service: Buckeye Street Gate (Opens at 7:30AM)

    • Families who are driving can drop-off their student in front of the drop-off zone.
    • Teachers and Aides will be waiting for your student.
    • Students will then line up under the solar panel shades on the playground.
    • When the bell rings, teachers will walk their students to their classroom. 

    Walking/Park & Walk: Ashtabula Street Gate (Opens at 7:30AM)

    • Families who are walking or parking and walking can drop-off their student at Ashtabula Street gate entrance near the main entrance of the school.
    • Teachers and Aides will be waiting for your student.
    • Students will then line up under the solar panel shades on the playground.
    • When the bell rings, teachers will walk their students to their classroom. 

    Breakfast Option (Opens at 7:15AM)

    • Families who would like breakfast for their students can drop-off their student at the Ashtabula Street gate near the pergola.
    • Staff will be at the side gate to help students enter the cafeteria. 
    • Once students are done with breakfast they are to line up under the solar panel shades on the playground.
    • When the bell rings, teachers will walk their students to their classroom. 

    NOTES

    • Students will be dismissed at the same location where they were dropped off.

    • If you have students in more than one grade, please drop-off/pick-up your students together at the location for your youngest student.

    • If someone other than those listed on Aeries are picking up your student, please make sure to notify the main office ahead of time. 

    • Please do not drop off students earlier than 7:30AM, unless they are getting breakfast, because there is no supervision on the playground before 7:30AM.

     

    PROCEDIMIENTOS DE LLEGADA Y RECOGIDA

    Servicio de aparcacoches: Puerta de la calle Buckeye (Abre a las 7:30AM)

    • Las familias que conducen pueden dejar a su estudiante en frente de la zona de entrega.
    • Los profesores y ayudantes estarán esperando a su estudiante.
    • Los estudiantes se alinearán debajo de los paneles solares en el patio de recreo.
    • Cuando suene el timbre, los maestros acompañarán a sus estudiantes a su salón. 

    Caminando/Estacionando y Caminando: Puerta de la calle Ashtabula (Se abre a las 7:30AM)

    • Las familias que caminan o estacionan y caminan pueden dejar a su estudiante en la entrada de la calle Ashtabula cerca de la entrada principal de la escuela.
    • Los profesores y ayudantes estarán esperando a su estudiante.
    • Los estudiantes se pondrán en fila bajo de los paneles solares en el patio de recreo.
    • Cuando suene la campana, los maestros acompañarán a sus estudiantes a su salón. 

    Opción de desayuno (Se abre a las 7:15AM)

    • Las familias que deseen desayunar para sus estudiantes pueden dejarlos en la puerta de la calle Ashtabula, cerca de la Cafeteria.
    • El personal estará en la puerta lateral para ayudar a los estudiantes a entrar en la cafetería. 
    • Una vez que los alumnos hayan terminado de desayunar, se pondrán en fila bajo los paneles solares en el patio de recreo.
    • Cuando suene el timbre, los profesores acompañarán a sus alumnos a su aula. 

    NOTAS

    • Los alumnos saldrán en el mismo lugar donde los dejaron.
    • Si usted tiene estudiantes en más de un grado, por favor deje/recoja a sus estudiantes juntos en la ubicación de su estudiante más joven.
    • Si alguien que no está en la lista de Aeries va a recoger a su estudiante, por favor asegúrese de notificar a la oficina principal con anticipación. 
    • Por favor no deje a los estudiantes antes de las 7:30AM, a menos que estén desayunando, porque no hay supervisión en el patio de recreo antes de las 7:30AM.
