Students:
LEARNs has begun accepting applications for soccer season, if you are interested in playing soccer, please see Ms. Ellison. Additionally, LEARNs is offering an after school karate program, if you are interested, please see Ms. Ellison. Karate starts tomorrow at 1:30 pm.
Reminders: be on time to every class, in dress code, and have cell phones off and put away during school hours. Bring Chromebooks to school fully charged, and keep our campus clean.  

Parents/Guardians:
PTSA is having a restaurant fundraiser night at Cabreras this Thurs., March 28th, from 4 pm - to closing. 20% of all food and drinks sold will go back to our school. Please support our school and dine at Cabreras this Thursday.

Activities/Events this week:
Hairspray rehearsals on Tues thru Fri at 2:45 - 4:30 pm, in the auditorium.  
LEO Club meets on Weds. from 2:30 - 3:30, in Room 213
Photo Shop is on Tues. and Thurs, from 2:30 - 3:30 pm, in Room 105 
PCC tutoring program continues every Mon. and Weds., after school, in the library.     
Room 13 Art Activities continue on Tues. and Thurs., 2:30 - 4:30 pm, in Room 106. 
Harmony Orchestra Practice continues every Thurs., from 2:30- 3:30 pm, in the band room. 
Jazz Band Practice continues every Weds., from 2:30 -3:30 pm, in the band room.
Ceramics continues every Thurs., from 2:30-4:30 pm, in our Ceramics Studio.

Continue reading until March 27th and log your hours.
March 27th: Last day to log your reading hours
March 28th: Last day to turn in pledge sheets with money and reading logs.
All students who read and raise $20 or more will be entered in a raffle to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
Top reader will win $100 Amazon gift card and $25 Vromans gift card
The student who obtains the highest amount of monetary pledges will win $100 Amazon card!

A HUGE thanks to our AMAZING partner, Little Kids Rock, for providing the awesome opportunity of having Avenged Sevenfold on campus for a meet and greet and jam session!! We are so very grateful!! A huge thanks to the Avenged Sevenfold band for being so gracious and spending time with our students. Many thanks as well to Ernie Ball, DW Drums, Schecter Guitars, and Hot Topic for the very generous donations of instruments and gear!! We deeply appreciate all you do for our students!  
Congratulations to our Elite Dance Team and Cheer Team who placed FIRST PLACE in all categories they participated in at the LEARNs District Wide Spirit Competition!! Way to Go!!
Congratulations to our girls basketball team who won the championship game in the LEARNs League!! Way to Go Huskies! We are SO proud of you! A very special thanks to our LEARNs coaches and staff for your tremendous work with our students.
