Teresa has been teaching at Eliot Arts Magnet since 1989. She is an Educational Psychologist, with three teaching credentials: K-12 Multiple-Subject, Mild to Moderate and Moderate to Severe.

Dr. Bingley enjoys teaching at Eliot Arts Magnet as Altadena is her home community. She has lived here her entire life as did her mother. Although she did not attend Eliot as a student, her husband and his 4 brothers did. Dr. Bingley enjoys gardening and traveling with her husband and dogs. Her dream is to have a cabin in the Sierras.
