Translations & Interpretation
Translation and Interpretation are services provided by the Language Assessment Development Department (LADD) which offers professional services to the schools and offices of the Pasadena Unified School District so that families and the community have equitable access to information and resources about their children's education.
Services We offer:
- Interpretation (Oral): Forms with missing information, such as billing, will cause processing delays. Once a form is received and processed, a Google Calendar event will be provided with the name and contact information of the assigned interpreter 24-48 hours prior to the requested date.
- Translation (Written): Due to the high volume of requests, please note that your turnaround time will be contingent upon the existing workload, priorities, and the order of requests in our system. Submit documents in advance to avoid tight deadlines. Completed translations will be emailed to the person making the request.
- Payment: LADD will submit invoices for any costs incurred to the accounting department/client.
