Think Tank Home
Mission
Land Acknowledgement
PUSD’s Student Think Tank recognizes that we are guests in the homeland territory of the Hahamong'na and Tongva people. We extend our respect and gratitude to the many indigenous people who call these lands home.
Vision Statement
PUSD’s Student Think Tank (STT) will create a community through which students from all backgrounds across the district are empowered to become future leaders. The STT will create a system that allows student voices, especially those traditionally underrepresented, to be included in unique school-level and broader district-level decision making. As the STT continues to grow, students will learn and raise consciousness about Pasadena and Southern California’s history and will serve as a resource for elementary and middle school students as well as the community. The structure will become a model for representing student voice on a local and national platform.
