John Muir High School

John Muir High School was built in 1926 and is 1905 Lincoln Ave, Pasadena, CA 91103. 

Completed:
Roofing Replacement Project: The roofs of Building A, B, E, S, T, and W have reached their end of useful life and will be replaced along with protection coatings, roof decking, new rain gutters with downspouts, and metal parapet caps.   

Construction: Summer of 2022
Project Budget: $3,675,013.00

Measure O facility improvements at John Muir High School will include:

• renovated restrooms
• modernization of existing buildings
• upgraded aquatics facilities
• replacement of water and electrical utility infrastructure
