Willard Elementary School

Willard Elementary is located at 301 S. Madre St., Pasadena, California 91107.

Completed:
Roofing Replacement Project:  Most of the campus roofs have passed their useful life and are in need of being replaced. As part of the Districtwide Reroofing Program approved by the Board of Education, the roofs at buildings A, B, C, G, and H will be replaced over the summer of 2023. The School Board awarded contracts to Western States Roofing Inc. and to Best Contracting  Services, Inc. as part of the Districtwide roof replacement program. 

Construction: Summer of 2023

Project Budget: $787,755.10
 

Restroom Renovations: Both the upstairs and downstairs girls and boys restrooms were renovated to include new wall and floor tiling, plumbing fixtures, and partitions.

Additional Meausre O facilities improvements included:

  • asphalt repairs
  • reconditioning of the track
  • goalpost renovation
  • chain link fence replacement
  • replacement of water and electrical utility infrastructure 

Ongoing: The field at Willard has been renovated to include gopher wire for pest control, new topsoil, sod and irrigation controls, promoting a healthier environment for outdoor activities.
