Roofing Replacement Project:  Most of the campus roofs have passed their useful life and are in need of being replaced. As part of the districtwide Reroofing Program approved by the Board of Education, the roofs at buildings B, D, E, and portables 1, 2, and 3 will be replaced over the summer of 2023. The school board awarded contracts to Western States Roofing Inc. and to Best Contracting  Services, Inc.

Construction: Summer of 2023

Project Budget: $1,622,966.25
 

Upcoming: Measure O facility improvements at San Rafael Elementary will include the modernization of classroom facilities and the replacement of water and electrical utility infrastructure.
