Don Benito Fundamental

Don Benito Fundamental was built in 1953 at 3700 Denair St, Pasadena, CA 91107.

COMPLETED: Roofing Replacement Project:  Most of the campus roofs have passed their useful life and are in need of being replaced. As part of the Districtwide Reroofing Program approved by the Board of Education, the main building roof and two portable classrooms will be replaced. Contracts were awarded to Western States Roofing Inc. and Best Contracting  Services, Inc.

Construction: Summer of 2023
Project Budget: $822,388.64

UPCOMING: Measure O facility improvements at Don Benito Fundamental School will include renovated restrooms, the modernization of existing buildings, and the replacement of water and electrical utility infrastructure.
