Altadena Arts Magnet

Altadena Arts Magnet was built in 1953 and is temporarily located at 1135 S Euclid Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91106. 

COMPLETED:  Roofing Replacement Project

The roof of Building B has reached its end of useful life and will be replaced along with protection coatings, damaged roof decking, new rain gutters with downspouts and metal parapet caps.

Project Budget: $485,413.89

UPCOMING: Measure O facilities improvements at Altadena Arts Magnet Elementary School will include restroom renovations, and the replacement of water and electrical utility infrastructure.
