Facilities Master Plan

In November 2020, voters overwhelmingly supported Measure O, a $516 million bond authorizing PUSD to upgrade schools, improve equitable access to technology (STEAM), create science labs, and repair deteriorated roofs and equipment. With the understanding that our schools are the bedrock of our community, the 2023 Facilities Master Plan is a strategic roadmap that identifies the needs of our schools and guides facilities planning, improvements, and developments that support our educational goals and objectives. The Facilities Master Plan recognizes that our schools may need changes to:

  • accommodate new learning models

  • serve the needs of families in the area

  • meet the latest safety standards

The Five-Year Bond Program, which lays out how Measure O funds will be spent, was adopted by the Board of Education on November 16, 2023.
