Mail Services

March 20, 2020 - During the school closures due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) preventative measures implemented by the district, regular mail services will be reduced to Tuesdays and Thursdays for the forseeable future.  If you must bring mail to the Ed Center, please drop it off in the box in the front lobby.

We will update this section if the schedule changes.  Thank you for your understanding.

Mail Services distributes mail between departments and schools throughout Pasadena Unified School District. 
Services Include:

  • U.S. Mail
  • Bulk Mail
  • School Delivery
  • Interoffice Mail
  • JET Mail (County Courier)

News

The Postal Service recommends the following mail-by dates to ensure gifts arrive on time:

Dec. 3 - Military mail destined for Afghanistan
Dec. 10 - Military mail for other overseas bases
Dec. 15 - Parcel Post, the most economical shipping service
Dec. 20 - First-Class Mail
Dec. 21 - Priority Mail
Dec. 22 - Express Mail

Due to security requirements, packages bearing postage stamps and weighing more than 13 ounces must be presented to an employee at the retail counter of a Post Office and cannot be dropped in blue collection boxes.
