TRANSLATION & INTERPRETATION REQUEST FORM

Interpretation (Oral): Forms with missing information such as billing will cause processing delays. Once a form is received and process a google calendar event will be provided with the name and contact information of the assign interpreter 48-72 hours prior to the requested date.

Translation (Written):Due to high volume of requests please note that your turnaround time may vary depending on the language and length of documents. Submit documents in advance to avoid tight deadlines. Completed translations will be emailed to the person making the request. 

Payment: LADD will submit invoices for any costs incurred to the accounting department/client.
