Vision and Mission

Create hubs of service for student and family services and implement tiered supports to increase the capacity of schools and community to respond to the holistic needs of children, youth, and families.

Improve access to and equity in the delivery of services, expand participation in evidence-based programs, and as part of a collaborative network of community partners, improve outcomes for students and families.
