Annual Developer Fee Report for Fiscal Year 2024–25

Pasadena Unified School District has prepared its Annual Developer Fee Report for Fiscal Year 2024–25 in accordance with Government Code Section 66006. This report provides a detailed accounting of developer fee revenues, interest earned, expenditures, and the year-end balance of the District’s Capital Facilities Fund (Fund 25).

This annual reporting requirement ensures transparency in the collection and use of developer fees and demonstrates the District’s compliance with statutory guidelines governing school impact fees. It also outlines how these funds support planned and ongoing school facilities needs associated with new residential and commercial development within the District.

The 2024–25 Annual Developer Fee Report is being made available to the public on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and will be presented to the PUSD Board of Education for approval at its regularly scheduled meeting on January 22, 2026.
