As part of the California Department of Public Health Framework (CDPH) Reopening Framework and Public Health Guidance (published 1/14/2021), school districts must submit a COVID-19 Safety Plan (CSP) to the local health department and/or the State Safe Schools for All Team and post the CSP on their websites by February 1, 2021. The CSP consists of two parts: (1) the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Program and (2) the revised COVID-19 School Guidance Checklist.
The Pasadena Unified School District's plan was submitted to the State and posted on this website on February 1, 2021. The plan is subject to feedback from the state and local partners and subsequent revisions.
The COVID-19 Safety Plan consists of information from PUSD's Employee Handbook (published November 2020) that was reorganized to meet the state's guidelines.
