• We are all human and we all have feelings and knowing how to cope and react to our world of feelings is mental health. Please know you are not alone with your feelings of overwhelm, frustration, sadness, stress, fatigue, anger, etc. During adolescence (and adults) we are still learning and growing our capacity to interact, react and cope with the everyday interactions with people.

    So we have to acknowledge the covid/pandemic and the situation we are in has definitely put more weight on our normal feelings. When you are feeling down please remember you are not alone. We are in this Together!

  • If you would like to request mental health counseling service you may contact school counselor gonzalez.ruby@pusd.us to send a referral to our Mental Health Agency. They offer individual and/or family counseling with a licensed therapist
