PUSD's Innovative Technology Services (ITS) Provides Tech Support for Students
Submit a ticket at gopusd.com/helpdesk for the following (you will have to login with a student or staff acount):
- Lost or Stolen Devices
- Canvas Learning Issues -- Click here to learn how to set up the Canvas Learning Management system for your devices.
Students can submit their own tickets for direct support for PUSD-managed devices and applications for students. Students can now submit their own support tickets by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk while logged in to their PUSD accounts. Families can also reach the HelpDesk at 626-396-3699 in order to get real-time support. Please visit the following URLs for support regarding other student needs:

Please continue to submit requests for Hotspots at gopusd.com/helpdesk. PUSD has already distributed more than 800 hotspots and our supply is very limited.
Help Desk by Fresh Service
ITS has implemented the Freshservice ticketing system, accessed within ARMS or by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk. All students and staff are now able to submit and monitor their own technology tickets.
Within this new system all users will be able to access frequently asked questions and communicate with the agent handling the ticket. Click here to access the Freshservice Ticketing System
