Summer Learning Resources

  • As head into the summer break, PUSD's Academics Office is providing two things to help with your student’s academic readiness:

    1. Parent Guides to Student Success published by the National PTA, listing essential skills in Math and Reading for Kindergarten through High School.  You may want to review your child’s 2019-20 grade level guide. Emergency remote learning caused us to modify instruction, but we want to reassure you that with these skills, they are ready to move into their next grade and teachers will be ready to support them in their continued growth. Please click to access the Parent Guides to Student Success.
    2. A resource list of supplemental learning materials that you may want to use this summer to help your student synthesize learning. The resource list is below.  Read the letter from the PUSD Division of Academics (English/Spanish)
