Marshall Fundamental students began their Waste Management Innovation Project on Monday. This marks the third consecutive year of a school-wide innovation project. Our previous project themes have been drought, transportation, and this year waste management. During this process, students act as consultants and are charged with identifying a problem in the area of waste management and then proposing a solution. The goal is for all students to have a completed written report; individually or within a group setting, culminating with an oral presentation on Friday. Here are photos of some of our students strategizing, actively working, and collaborating, as they are Engaged in Learning.
