Our school site has been approved as a Community Eligibility Program (CEP) which means every student will be able to eat for no charge regardless of their income/family size. However this will require families to use a different application than what was used last year.
It is now an LCFF Alternative Income Form. We are going to need one from every family "unit", meaning if you have 2 or more students from the same family, you will only need to complete one form.
These applications are needed by Sept. 30, 2019. The benefits to the children start on Monday, August 12th, 2019 - all breakfast and lunch will be at no charge. We need a completed form from each family.
The Food Services Office is open Monday - Friday from 6am - 4pm to receive the completed forms, so parents could take them directy to them at 740 W. Woodbury Road OR to Jackson's Main Office 7:30am - 3:45pm.
