    Good Evening Eliot Arts Families,
    This is your Principal, Ms. Touloumian, with your weekly announcements:

    Hairspray auditions take place this week Tuesday and Wednesday, in the auditorium, from 2:45 - 4:30 p.m. Call backs are on Thursday, also at 2:45. Good luck Huskies! 
    This is a reminder that we have four weeks left in the first semester. Stay on top of your grades and assignments to finish the semester strong. 
    Lastly, be sure to have your cell phones turned off and put away during school hours and bring your Chromebooks to school, every day, fully charged. Chromebook use is closely monitored at all times - inappropriate use of district issued devices may result in access restriction and/or confiscation.     

    8th Grade Parent Night is this Wednesday, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, in the library. Do not miss this very important evening where you will learn about PUSD High School programs and criteria for 8th grade promotion. We look forward to seeing you!

    Activities/Events this week:
    PCC tutoring program continues every Monday and Wednesday, for 1 hour, after school, in the library. For more information and registration, please contact Ms. Koors. koors.carolyn@pusd.us    
    Room 13 After School Art Activities continue every Tues. and Thurs., 2:30 - 5:00 pm, in Room 106. 
    Orchestra Practice continues every Tues. and Thurs., from 2:30- 3:30 pm, in the band room. 
    Jazz Band Practice continues every Weds., from 2:30 -3:30 pm, in the band room.    
    8th Grade Shadow Day at John Muir High School takes place this Friday, Nov. 30th. Students: please be sure you have turned in your permission slip to Ms. Koors.

    Please save the date for our annual performance at Altadena’s Christmas Tree Lane - Tree Lighting Ceremony and Celebration - Saturday, Dec. 8th, at 5:30 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
