Hello. My name is Frances Weissenberger and I am the principal at Hamilton Elementary. The desire to teach began with me at an early age. I loved reading books to my brother and discussing what they were about. I wanted to share my love of reading and learning with others, which is what led me to major in Child Development at Mount Saint Marys and to receive a Reading Specialist Credential from the University of California, Los Angeles. I also received my Masters Degree and Administrative Credential in Educational Leadership from California State, Northridge.

Traveling is another passion of mine and during my vacation breaks, I often plan family vacations. We enjoy visiting places we have never been and meeting new people. During the summer I also spend my free-time reading, gardening, camping, trying new recipes and riding my bike at the beach.
