Noemi Orduña serves as the James Madison Elementary School principal as of the 2017-2018 school year. She has served as an educator for 19 years. She joined PUSD in 2007, serving as a 6-12th grade math teacher at Blair High School for seven years and a District Math Coach for three years. She considers herself a life-long learner and values partnering with teachers to support students with research-based instructional practices. She and the dedicated teachers at Madison Elementary School work together and take risks alongside each other to support student achievement.
