What is the purpose of this study?
Posted by:Consultants gather information from employees, supervisors, managers and bargaining unit representatives to compare existing job specifications with market data. Then a comparison is made between daily work duties and the written duties in the job description maintained by PUSD. Also, the intent of this study is not to eliminate jobs.

How do I know what my classification or job type is?
Posted by:Ask your supervisor, Personnel Commission Office, or contact Human Resources.

Where can I get a copy of my job description?
Posted by:Job descriptions are on the District website under Personnel Commission.

Posted by:You can contact your Bargaining Unit Representative or the Personnel Commission Department.

How can I provide Input?
Posted by:Deadline for employee input ended in the first half of June 2016. You may provide informal input by contacting your bargaining unit representative (if applicable) or the Human Resources Analyst in charge of your classification, as soon as possible.
