Dr. Jane Lambert

Jane has been teaching since 1985 and joined the Eliot team in 2009. She has a B.A. Degree in Elementary Education and Math from the University of Alabama and a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction and Literacy as well as a Ph.D. in Literacy, Learning, and Language from USC. She has taught kindergarten through graduate school levels over the last 30 years. Dr. Lambert has organized literacy and math programs for K-8 schools both locally and across the U.S, in addition to being a homeschool educator/consultant. 

Dr. Lambert, her husband, and her three children are involved in the arts community through dance, theatre, instrumental music, voice, photography, and the visual arts. She is also a Girl Scout leader, a Youth Volunteer and Drama Committee member at FUMC, and she serves on the board of the Pasadena Suzuki Music Program.

Dr. Jane Lambert enjoys working with the other teachers at Eliot Arts Magnet and supporting students in developing thinking and problem-solving skills.
