James is a product of PUSD, having grown up in Pasadena and attended Allendale, Jackson, McKinley, and Blair.  Mr. Hart holds B.A. Degrees in Communications and Psychology from CSU, Chico and a Masters degree in Educational Administration from Point Loma Nazarene.

He loves serving his community and has done so as a Physical Education teacher and coach at Eliot since 1993. Also at Eliot is the love of his life Mrs. Janet Hart (teaching SAI).  Staying active playing basketball, going to the beach, and hanging with his four children, two cats and his dog is how Mr. Hart likes to spend his free time.
