All Blair 8th grade students have an opportunity to attend a three-day science camp at Catalina Island as a reward for successfully completing middle school. Not only will it be a fun and educational adventure for the students, but it also fits into the 8th grade California science standards.
The trip will be from May 24-26, 2017. The cost is estimated at $250 per student. The cost includes the ferry ride to Catalina Island, lodging, use of sporting equipment and meals. Students will only be required to bring a sleeping bag, clothes and toiletries. Students will have the opportunity to participate in fundraisers to offset the cost of their trip.
If the cost of the trip is an obstacle, please contact Assistant Principal Ms. Brambila.
